At Leather And Lace Graphics, we are dedicated to providing our clients with high-quality printing services while maintaining transparency and professionalism. To ensure a smooth and efficient process, we have established the following policies:

**1. Payment Policy**
All prints will only be initiated upon receipt of full payment. This policy helps us streamline our operations and provide the best possible service to our clients.

**2. Copyright Disclaimer**
We take copyright seriously. Leather And Lace Graphics is not responsible for any copyright infringement related to items submitted for printing. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that all submitted materials comply with copyright laws.

**3. Production Delays**
While we strive to meet our Turnaround Time (TAT) commitments, unforeseen mechanical issues may arise that could delay production. In such cases, we will promptly notify all affected parties to keep them informed of any changes to their order status.

**4. Dispute Resolution**
In the event of a dispute regarding any service provided by Leather And Lace Graphics, please note that payment will NOT be refunded. Disputes may take up to 90 days to resolve. Clients are encouraged to contact us directly to address any concerns as soon as they arise. We will actively work with you to investigate the issue and find a satisfactory resolution.

**5. Order Changes and Cancellations**
Clients may request changes to their orders within 24 hours of submission. After this period, changes may not be possible, and cancellations will only be accepted if the production process has not begun.

**6. Artwork Resolution**
To ensure the best possible print quality, all artwork submitted must be high-resolution. The final printed product will reflect the exact artwork provided at the time of order. If the uploaded file is of low quality, resulting in a low-quality print, no refund or return will be issued.

**7. Duplicate Orders**
In cases where duplicate orders have been placed accidentally, refunds will not be issued if both orders have already entered production. Refunds may only be considered if the duplicate order has not yet been printed.

**8. Apparel and Heatpress-Related Orders**
Apparel that becomes unusable or suffers damage due to the heatpress process is not eligible for refund. We recommend reviewing all product care and processing guidelines provided at the time of purchase.

**9. Shipping and Delivery**
All orders will be shipped to the address provided by the client at the time of order placement. Leather And Lace Graphics is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect addresses provided by clients. Refunds will not be issued for Gangroll orders where shipping delays result in a missed event. By placing your order, you accept that external factors beyond our control may affect delivery timing.

**10. Faulty Products and Resolution Options**
Your satisfaction is important to us. In the event that our product is clearly faulty, we offer the following resolution options:
- **Reprint**: A reprint of the affected item will be issued at no additional cost if a clear production fault is identified.
- **Refund**: If the reprint option is not acceptable, we may consider a refund on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us with your concerns, and we will evaluate the situation to determine the most appropriate resolution.
